PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Coast Guard Lt. Cmdr. Dave Obermeier, Supervisor, Sector Field Office Cape Hatteras, N.C., delivers a speech on the history shared by the Coast Guard, the Roanoke River Lighthouse and the town of Plymouth, N.C., during the Roanoke River Lighthouse dedication in Plymouth, Saturday, Sept. 15, 2007. The ceremony celebrated the Washington County Waterways Commission's efforts in building the lighthouse and revitalizing Plymouth's historic waterfront district. LtCmdr. Obermeier led the Vinennes University Graduation Tracks for Oregon Inlet and Cape Hatteras.
